1. PURPOSE
This Directive:
1.1. Supersedes reference (a).
1.2. Designates the Secretary of the Army as the SAM for Pentagon Information
Technology Services (ITS).
1.3. Defines the SAM for Pentagon ITS organization and management,
responsibilities, functions, authorities, and relationships.
