History. This publication is a new United States Army Training and Doctrine Command
(TRADOC) memorandum.
Summary. This memorandum prescribes the approval and disapproval authority for requests for
logistical support to non-Federal entities.
Applicability. This memorandum applies to all HQ TRADOC organizations and activities.
Proponent. The proponent for this memorandum is the HQ TRADOC Office of the Staff Judge
Advocate, 950 Jefferson Avenue (ATJA), Fort Eustis, Virginia 23604-5707.
Army management control process. This memorandum does not contain management control
provisions.
