History. This publication is a supplement 1 to Army Regulations 25-22 and 25-55.
Summary. This supplement 1 to Army Regulations 25-22 and 25-55 provides the delegation of
authority to act as Initial Denial Authority (IDA) for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and
Privacy Act requests.
Applicability. This supplement applies to all TRADOC organizations and activities.
Proponent and exception to authority. The proponent of this supplement is the TRADOC
Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-6. The proponent has the authority to approve exceptions or
waivers to this regulation that are consistent with controlling law and regulations.
Suggested improvements. Users are invited to send comments and suggested improvements on
Department of Army Form 2028 (Recommended Changes to Publications and Blank Forms)
