History. This publication is supplement 1 to Army Regulation 20-1.
Summary. This supplement to Army Regulation 20-1 provides the delegation of authority to the
U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Deputy Commanding General/Chief of
Staff to approve or disapprove Reports of Investigation and Inspection reports.
Applicability. This supplement applies to all Headquarters, TRADOC organizations and
activities.
Proponent and exception to authority. The proponent of this supplement is the TRADOC
Office of the Inspector General and retains no authority for exceptions.
Suggested improvements. Users are invited to send comments and suggested improvements on
Department of Army Form 2028 (Recommended Changes to Publications and Blank Forms)
