History. This publication is a major revision. The portions affected by this major revision are
listed in the summary of change.
Summary. This regulation prescribes the organization, mission, and functions of the U.S. Army
Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Analysis Center.
Applicability. This regulation applies to all elements of TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC).
Proponent and exception authority. The proponent of this regulation is the Headquarters
(HQ), TRAC (ATRC), 255 Sedgwick Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027-2345. The
proponent has the authority to approve exceptions or waivers to this regulation that are consistent
with controlling law and regulations.
Army management control process. This regulation does not contain management control
provisions.
Supplementation. Supplementation of this regulation is prohibited unless specifically approved
by the Director, TRAC (ATRC), 255 Sedgwick Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027-2345.
