PERIODIC FITNESS REPORTS

1.
Purpose. To provide guidance for specific entries, board package requirements, ranking board
schedule, and timeline for administrative completion
of
Lieutenant (LT) Periodic Fitness Repmis
(FITREPs).
2. Applicability. This notice applies to the Commandant
of
Midshipmen staff and Sub Cost-
Center Heads (SCCH) except for
0-3
FITREPS from
th
e Division
of
Professional Development.
3. Responsibilities
a.
Commandant
of
Midshipmen Administrative Officer (AO). Provide ranking spreadsheet to
the Deputy Commandant
of
Midshipmen (DEPDANT) that includes a list
of
all LTs assigned to
the DANT. Spreadsheet shall consist
of
FITREP data, ranking input, and other pe1iinent
information.
b. Deputy Commandant
of
Midshipman
(1) Chair the ranking board.
(2) Provide board results
to
the DANT for approval.
c. Deputy Commandants, Depmiment Heads, and Battalion Officers. Provide FITREP inputs
to the AO by the due date. See paragraph 7 for tirneline.
4. Specific Entries on FITREP
a.
Date Blocks. All dates are required to be in YYMMMDD fonnat (i.e. 20JAN31
).
