Purpose: In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 5134.12 and the guidance in
DoDD 5101.10E, DoDD 3235.02E, and DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6130.05, this issuance:
• Provides procedures and guidance for the DoD Food Service Program (DFSP).
• Establishes charters for the:
o DoD Joint Subsistence Policy Board (JSPB).
o Joint Services Recipe Committee (JSRC).
o Joint Services Operational Rations Forum (JSORF).
