This volume implements AFPD 11-2, Aircrew Operations; and references AFI 11-202 Volume 2,
Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Program. It provides guidance and procedures on
conducting an aircrew evaluation, applicable to all units assigned the E-9 aircraft, to safely and
successfully accomplish their mission. This publication does not apply to the Air National Guard
(ANG) or Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). Refer recommended changes and questions
about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847,
Recommendation for Change of Publication. Do not deviate from the policies and guidance in this
ACCMAN under normal circumstances, except for safety or when necessary to protect the crew
or aircraft from a situation not covered by this document and immediate action is required. Report
deviations or exceptions without waiver through channels to MAJCOM
standardization/evaluation. Non-tiered compliance statements in this document are waiverable
only by the ACC/A3. Submit waiver requests through ACC/A3TV. This instruction requires the
collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974. Ensure that all
records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance
with AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force
Records Information Management System Records Disposition Schedule. This publication may
be supplemented at any level, but all Supplements must be routed to the OPR of this publication
for coordination prior to certification and approval.
