Ammunition, & Explosives (AA&E), is supplemented as follows: This publication implements
major command Air Mobility Command (AMC) policy by supplementing specific processes and
procedures that are unique to AMC. It applies to AMC active duty Security Forces (SF),
Individual Mobilization Augmentees, Air National Guard (ANG) when gained under Title 10
U.S.C. authority, Army National Guard, and upon mobilization to Air Force Reserve Command
(AFRC) SF tenants on AMC bases when published in the ANGIND2 and AFRCIND2. The
Integrated Base Defense Branch Chief (HQ AMC/A4SO) has overall responsibility for
administration of this supplement. This instruction cannot be supplemented; AMC bases/units
must use their locally created Integrated Defense Plan (IDP) for implementation and further
guidance/clarification of content in this supplement. Send comments and suggested
