SUBJECT: Department of the Air Force Guidance Memorandum to Defense Explosives Safety
Regulation 6055.09 Air Force Manual 91-201, Explosives Safety Standards
By Order of the Secretary of the Air Force, this Air Force Guidance Memorandum (AFGM) immediately
implements changes to DESR 6055.09_AFMAN 91-201, Explosives Safety Standards. Compliance with this
memorandum is mandatory. To the extent its directions are inconsistent with other publications, the information
herein prevails in accordance with DAFI 33-360, Publications and Forms Management.
This memorandum becomes void after one-year has elapsed from the date of this memorandum, or upon
publication of an Interim Change or rewrite of the affected publication, whichever is earlier.
